question about hooking a/f ratio guage to a one wire o2
i have a 92 civic hatch with the stock d15 that i am putting a b16 in and at the molment putting an aurometer phantom air fuel ratio guage in. I hooked the the red wire to the radio fuse, the purple wire to the solid white wire going to the ecu and the ground is grounded. can someone please tell me if this is correct. My problem is when i start the car the leds don't light up when i get on it really really hard the led closest to lean starts comming on very slowly.......any ideas of what the deal is? was the white wire the correct one? any replies appreciated!!!!

just to see if its reading right try running it to the single wire under the hood at the o2 and see how it reads..Also make sure the ground is grounded really well too.

Re: question about hooking a/f ratio guage to a one wire o2 (flat-blk-HB)
i have it grounded under the dash with a screw so it has a really good ground. i even to narrow everything out put the hooked the ground and possitive straight to the battery and it worked but it seems like every time i hook it to that white whire at my ecu it tripps out!!!
