Ok....I was on the freeway the other nite and was racing another car from about 80 in 5th, didn't down shift or nothing..I got up to about 130-135 and all of a sudden poof alll this smoke and oil sprays my windshield....so I pull over check my engine and the dipstick is out 2/3 of the way and that's were it's spraying from..now the dipstick is and aftermarket one and not as tight as a stock one would be but im thinkin that there shouldn't be that much pressure in the engine like that.Also this engine was rebuilt by the guy that had it before me like 1000 miles ago so I think they might have not put it back together rite or something..Any help is much appreciated

It happens. Its caused by crankcase pressure.

Now this is getting locked for a couple of reasons. One of which being street racing is dumb, and you have no reason to be doing 130 mph unless you are on a closed track (which I doubt you can do in all honesty). Be lucky you didn't hurt yourself or kill someone else.
