So you wouldn't buy a fully build and show car that someone put 40k in it, then only disconnected the battery, you rwouldn't pay 2500?$ xD

I would say, maybe a few pictures? it might not run, but we don't know enough about the car to know if it's worth that much or not. For all we know it has 3500$ bride seats and rails lol

What part of any of this screams "show car" to you? This tells me the car is pretty much crap. And either the OP doesn't know what he's talking about or this is some new way to run an engine with no throttle body on it. How does THAT work?

Those two things right there would make me turn my head.

But I think OP is talking about this when he says "throttle body is took off"

Off topic here grumble....but it has been done. Infiniti (Nissan) use it in the new G37. There is a throttle body, but it is used primarily for creating vacuum for breaking and such. The primary throttle regulation is electronically controlled at each valve on the intake side.

Technically...you wouldn't need the throttle bodies.

But this is a Civic. Throttle body is not an option.

So it uses electronically controlled ITBs. Still has a throttle plate of sorts.
