question about bushings
I just purchased the energy suspension hyper flex system, which is a complete set, and was wondering the price range ill be looking at to have it installed; taking into consideration that I will not be taking off any of the control arms, just handing over the car.

What difference does it make what we payed for it? We aren't doing it for you - a shop is - the same people you should be asking for the price. If the price we give you is so much lower than what the shop can do it for, what are you gonna do then....just do it yourself? In that case, why ask in the first place?
It takes about a full day if you've never done it before and most shops don't like to do it anyway - its a pain the ***. I'd expect 500-600 bills for installation.

A shop quoted me 200 for just the front and rear lca bushings. I'd expect between 300-400 if you pay a shop for the complete install.
This is how I did it:
I had integra spec parts on the side while I drove my car with stock EG parts. I had a buddy press the bushings out of the teg parts with a press (you need to use a press) and I pressed the ES bushings in with a vice. Then when all the parts had the new bushings in, I installed them in the car.

you dont need a press. burn the ******* things out. Throw an oxy-acetelyne torch with a big feathered flame to the bushings and bash them out.
one you have new bushings, you dont need the old ones. its not like its a part your gonna swap back in. just be careful not to heat up your actually parts tooo much.

Can't imagine it being cheap, need a garage with a strong press!
Just do it yourself if you got a rachet set. I did mine, must of saved like 80% as all i paid for was someone to press the bushes out and in, the labour charges are getting arms off and on and this is simple, but you need a whole day.

yea thats another thing you can have someone just press them out for you, and you cand press the new ones in yourself, they go in easy. then put it all back together and torque everything down right and get an alignment.
