Question about Air conditioning....

Question about Air conditioning....
How come air only comes out when I put it on the 4 setting???????
Its not cool either so I kno I have some sort of problem somewhere...

Few reasons,
First off does air in general not come out unless the blower is set to 4 or is it just the air conditioning portion.
If its not cool, The compressor might not be kicking in, Also related to your blower switch only kicking air out on setting 4.
Your system might be low on freon or whatever is in it. (Unlikely Tho)
Id look at the switch first and check the wiring all the way to the blower and compressor to see what the proplem is with that first.
