Default Question about 99-00 front end!!

OK....I know this question has been asked like 20 thousand times but I can't find any info about it. I was wondering if any of you guys know if a 99-00 front end from a 4 door is the same as the one from a coupe? I would really appreciated if you guys could help me out on this since someone is selling me the fenders from a 99-00 four door and well I have the hood and fenders from a coupe. All info would be appreciated. THANKS!!!

All the part fitments are the same, but there are three different USDM grills.

Nope, they are not at all like the EG sedan/coupe front ends. Those parts are not interchangeable. All the 6th-gen grills for a specific generation (ie 96-98 or 99-00) are interchangeable. So, say I have a 99 Sedan, I can put in a 99 Si Coupe grill with no fitment issues.

one thing i had to do, i used a ctr grill and i had to grind about .25" off the radiator support to get it to fit, aside from that its a bolt on affair.

Weird, I never knew that. I mean...I've never tried it or anything, but I always assumed if I purchased an OEM CTR grille, It would bolt on my 99dx hatch with no issues whatsoever. Learn somethin new every day.

mine was a 96 cx hatch, but i noticed one of my headlight tabs where busted so ya never know, it might have been in a fender bender, either way it wasy really minimal grinding.

96's are a weird beast. Their bumpers, grilles, and how they mount are different from 97-00.
