question about 205/50/15 already searched
i still have some questions. in the search i read that people running the 205\50\15 had offsets of 40-45 rub and others dont. now the first question is, for a 93 civic cx on apexi ws n1 dampers, will the 15X7 rota slips with 205/50/15 rub?? ( i dont really want to roll my fenders either ) or can the 205's fit onto a reg 15X6.5 slip?? also, what wheel offset is best for the eg for either rim or tire size. i am still a little bit confused on wheel offsets. just confused on the many threads that i read with people saying roll the fenders, or rear is rubbing, raise the car a bit, rubbing this rubbing that, offset this...any help would be appreciated. thanks a lot.

i have 15X6.5 Rota C8's and 205/50/15 lowered pretty far and i do not rub daily driving. The only time i rub is when i am pulling out of somewhere slow and hit a bump in the middle of a turn. This is what the peice of **** looks like to give you an idea.

I have 205/50/15s on Si wheels, and lowered pretty far. I only rub at low speed on sharp speed bumps (damn low speed damping of AGXs), and at full-lock. Nothing to really worry about.

I really don't know
Re: (MichaelJComputer)
why get 205s if you are worried about rubbing. Get 195s or something. Azenis 205s are pretty wide for a 205 also. I run 205 but i rolled all my fenders
Why dont you want to roll them? its quite easy

WOW you had to roll your fenders for 205's? I hope they are Azeni's though.
What kind of rims are you looking at buddy and what kind of tires? Someone might have your tire and rim combo already and they might just give you the green light.... JDM EK9 is right on the Azenis though, their 205 is more like 215's and are much wider than most tires....

I had my 92 hatch on 16x7 c8's with 205/40/16s (essentially the same as a 205/50/15 for your rubbing issues). My car was lowered 2.25" with neuspeed race springs and had no rubbing, but with the +40 offset the rears would have rubbed on the inside fender lips if I was lower, I'd try and get +42 or +45 if I were you, they should tuck then. Good luck.

Re: (eastbay92cx)
hmmm. RIGHT now on my car i have 1 finger gap between the tires and wheel wells \ fenders. i dont think i wanna tuck my wheels underneath the car. if thats the case, do i still have to worry about rubbing? even in the fronts? if i do end up getting the 15x7 with 205\50\15?? and can you fit 205\50\15 on the 15x6.5 Rota Slipstreams?

Re: (B16Drag)
why is the azenis wider? is it just the way they made them?? is there a special reason for that? so 15x7 with 205\50\15 would be ok with 1 finger gap between the wheels and fender?? just wanna make sure so that i will be happy with my purchase. thanks for all the help.

Likewise for me, Yokohama 205/50s on 15x6.5 slips no rub whatsoever

205/50/15 Rota C8's. No rubbage at all. Only when I am taking a corner pretty hard and all the wait is shifted to that one side. And also pulling out of huge driveways/parking lots. Just get them. They will look tight.

yeah you'd be suprized at how much of a difference rolled fenders make, and you cant tell at all that they're rolled from the outside.
gives you LOTS of space!
more than enuf for 205/50/15's even lowered to the tire
