Question about 18" wheels for 2002 Civic
Hey, I was thinking of buying some 18"s with low profile tires for my 2dr 2002 Civic EX. Would I have to do anything special to get them to fit without rubbing, would they even rub at all?

Sure, they should fit no prob, but most of the people in here have older cars and they may not know too much about yours. I mean, if you don't lower the car and the tires are low pros, it shouldnt be a hassle, i know they made your fenderwells a lot bigger than older years, and i have a 4door 93 civic and ive seen 18s on it, though most people prefer smaller rims cause they are like way more efficient and too big rims look a bit odd on a civic, at least to me.

why would you even do this to a civic? it makes me want to start crying like a little bitch. it looks horrible (at least to me) the tires are super expensive, and last but not least, GOD FORBID you ever land in a pothole at any kind of speed. Not to mention that it will slow your car down which it doesn't need any more of. But you know what they say, different strokes...
But to answer your question: yes you would rub. Don't even think about dropping it if you're concerned about rubbing.
Sorry for ranting, GL with whatever you decide
