question on 92-95 civic fog lights

question on 92-95 civic fog lights
i just ordered these fog lights and i have a question, i beleive the wiring and everything else is easy ive done it before only thing i need is advise on how i can cut out the black grills on the side of the bumper?? whats the best method

Advance Auto Parts has a Rotory Tool Kit for about $24.00. You should check it out.
I use my air compressor with a 1/2 diameter rotory file that I picked up at the Hardware store next to the drill bit's.

Werd, I'm not even poor, and I use a Miracle Blade II steak knife. I'm a cook, so I have my own set of nice knives ..... that's about all I use my miracle blades for is cutting boxes and bumpers LOL

Yes, a dremel is going to be quicker but I didn't have that so the next best thing for me was a box cutter, did the job good though lol. Cut out the grill part so your foglights will fit nicely. That's it. Good luck.
