I'm having issues with my Quaife Quick Ratio Steering Rack. I've installed the rack and pinion properly into the housing - there isn't really a way to mess that up from what I see (I may be wrong). I've centered the rack and installed the tie rod ends onto the spindel. I then hooked up the steering column and tq'd down the bolt on the pinion shaft.

My problem is that it doesn't really seem to work properly. I can steer the car but it appears to bind up at times and make creaking noises. If I turn the wheel and watch the pinion, I can see it pull up a bit and slide back down on the shaft. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm thinking maybe I have it at an angle? Help appreciated! Thanks
