Quaife Lsd recommended?
i have gone thru 2 trannies (differential breaking) in the last 6 months, so i decided to buy an lsd differential from inline pro in springfield virginia, but a friend of mine said its a waste cus my motor isnt built its just an Ls in a 94 coupe with simple bolt ons, he said the lsd will put too much stress on my tranny and not help me, butr i think it shouldnt make a difference, guys help me out i have spent 1,037$ on this and it should be in april 5th but i trust inline pro and im sure a repitable shop wont lie. so feedback will definitely help

quaifes have a lifetime guarantee.. NOTE: STUPID me I forgot they did just raise the price on the quaifes 2 months ago so the price is good .. no it will not put more stress on the tranny..it actually allows you to put more power equally thru both wheels.

Yes you made a good choice.. but maybe you should see if you can locate a b16 tranny since that will give you better acceleration to go along with your increased traction

You're friend is a moron, plain and simple. Of course it will help, anytime your car is in a situation where you're losing traction to the front tires, an lsd will help. And I see no reason why it should be harder on your tranny, though I could be wrong.....................John
