QSD H2B with B16 ??
anyone running a B16 tranny on their H2b kit?? i am going to pick one up today and just wondered if anyone was running the b16 on this setup, i was curious to how it performed with the h22. just curious really if anyone has any preferneces for b18 or gsr or b16 trannys with a similar build??

It has shorter gearing than other b-series transmissions. it would work fine.
Personally, I would save up a few more months or whatever and get an ITR or CTR transmission with a LSD.

is this car gonna be daily driven? because stock b16/itr/ctr transmission's 5th gear is short as hell, your gonna be around 4000rpm at 70-72mph.
my friend have h22a with evolution h2b kit attached to jdm itr transmission, that ****er pulls hard as hell, but shitty mpg in freeways.
since its a h2b i doute your gonna really give a **** about mpg, its fun, do it. but perfer install a lsd before you drop it in

I would get a tranny with longer gears with a H22.
A b16 tranny is good for a b16 since all the power is so high up. H22 has more bottom end so you can get away with longer gears.
But it would still be really fun around town thats for sure. With very little highway driving it should be ok.

where do you even go to get lsd installed... any trans shop i take it? and i take it ill need to order the lsd parts online is there a website any of yall know of?? thanks so much everybody
