Q: Arizona emissions laws
I plan on moving out of this tundra of a state to a warmer climate. We're really thinking the phoenix/mesa area is where we will go.
I want to know if they have emissions and how strict they are for mod's.
I would like to go with a turbo on my d-series and want to know if i should still collect parts for a homemade kit or not.
