Q about installing koni yellows?!

sup peeps....just got my koni yellow coilovers and was lookin through the directions and all it shows are pics of the install......one particular part i'm asking about is that before you install them it shows you have to take the shock, compress it, turn it either 180 degrees or 360 degrees, then decompress it.....can someone enlighten me on this.....and whats the difference from rotating it 180 or 360 degrees........??
and how does the adjustment go for koni's.....? i notice there isn't any #'s, just an arrow showing which way to make it firm. is there levels of adjustment, or just full soft and full firm??

wtf... why the hell would you need to rotate them... i didnt rotate mine i just installed them...

you pretty much just guess the level of adjustment with them like 1/2 turn 1/4 turn 1 turn etc. they are great shocks, and mine have been working fine for almost 2 months now
