Putting a sub in... hole in firewall for wires???
i'm going to be putting my sub in my car soon(97 CX hatch)... where is there a hole in the firewall for wires to go for it???

on my EG right to the right of the battery lil lower is a black rubber plug.......remove that and you should be set to go!! I fit a 2g wire there....good luck!!

yuppers. there's a little grommet in there. there's also one on the drivers side of the firewall. pop the grommet out on a sunny day w/ your hood popped, then crawl up underneath your pedal assy. in the cab and look for light shining thru. it's easier to run wires for guages through there, instead of using the one by the battery, but if you're running power wire for an amp---use the one by the battery

make sure you go to the hardware store and pick up a grommet for $.50 for the hole so you don't have the wire rubbing on chassis metal.

yeah its in the same spot, i did it on my EK coupe. Very easy and convient spot it drops behin the glove box
