I think you would need to get a whole new hatch! Unless you want to cut in to the original... Then you would need the wiper motor, arm and wiper.

I know the thread is about adding a wiper, but I have to comment....
I think EH2/3 rear wipers are quite possibly the most useless wiper evar. Even on the DC2's, the amount that you use them is nil.
But I'd imagine that if you got the Si rear hatch, you could just use that (I bet you could find someone on here to trade you straight across, THEN you have to wire it to a new wiper arm on the steering colum, which could get interesting...

You dont need a whole new hatch! Your rear glass already has the holes just find a rear wiper compleat you'll also need the stock control for the collum. The stock wireing may already be there. Best idea I can give would be to find a DX/SI in tact an go for it. I'm not sure of all the modles that had rear wiper so look/shop around. I realy like my wiper but a few of my friends dont have them and dont realy seem to care about it just a little rain-x and go. Good luck!!

I put one on my old cx and it wasn't hard at all. Straight bolt-on and replaced the blank on the glass. Motor came with the whole wiper assembly. As far as wiring, I didn't have it work like stock, I just connected one wire to power, the other to ground and switched it on my dash. There's 4 wires in the harness, but I don't remember what colors are for the power/ground.
