putting my del sol together, ideas?
i recently stopped my 93 SI with a Buick and have decided to put it back together since the damage wasnt too bad. just a couple questions while its still apart.
1. i need an oem hood, any companies reasonibly priced?
2. i need a radiator support, where can i find one?
3. tuning! my favorite part, i was thinkin maybe a new cam and gear, i already have e/h/i any thing else budget wise for my d16z6 that will boost power?
thanks!

depends on how much you wanna spend.....ebay the oem hood, and the raditor mounts. As far as in tuning I would have to say either go boost on your d16 or swap it with another engine.

now that i think about it i was havng a problem before the accident with my cold idle. it would surge from like 1500 to 3000 sometimes mainly just 1500 to 2500 any ideas what could be causing it? only happened when the engine was cold.
i have about 200$ to spend... maybe a new intake the one i have is super short and im more than confident its just sucking in hot air

tonight i managed to pick up a new front bumper cover for my car... the person i picked it up from said it was off a 97 and fit on a 93... it doesnt have the standard fog lights, looks like they were relocated on this one to the grill area. anybody know where i can pick up there foglights?

the fog lights on the 96-97 were a dealer option. Almost no on ehad them.
For your cold idle, take off your TB. The cylinder on the bottom is the cold idle valve. If you remove the two screws from one end, you'll see a plastic ring with two slots. Use the slots to rotate the ring (donut looking thing) inward. That will lower the cold idle. All the way in will make it about 1200-1500. Stock is about 2000. If you go lower than stock, it will take a little longer to warm up at idle.
Throw it back together and you're done. Just remember to use a new tb gasket and clean it well before putting it back together.

1. OEM hood would have to come from one company, HONDA, lol, but if you meant were to find one, then check the junkyards, and you should find something, and you can even look for one painted the right color
2. Junkyard again.
3. You dont really need any tuning with just bolt-ons. None of that stuff you listed will net much gain. A little, but not enough to be excited about.
