Putting a Manual H22 into auto 95 civic
Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows if the auto mounts on the frame of the car are going to work without modification to fit the H22 in?

You need to cut the automatic pocket mount off the frame rail and weld on the manual version. You will then have to cut the ends off of the manual mount and drill new holes in it for an H22 swap.

Sort of, the automatic mount is too high and too far back. But even if the car was always a manual you would still need to modify the manual pocket mount, basically you need to move the holes for where the big bolt goes through the mount about an inch closer to the frame rail.

ok so when you get the auto pocket mount cut out how much do you have to move it down and forward? Can you place the motor in and mount it with the rear one and drivers side one then kind of mark out where you need it then weld it there?

I don't think I explained that very well, if you look at the two mounts you'll see that automatic version is angled up, this is what give it the extra height, where it welded to the frame rail its the same height, the automatic version is approximately 1/2 an inch back compared to the manual version. Provided you don't mangle the manual mount taking it off the donor car it should really just kinda fit in one place due to how the mount and frame rail have some bends and curves. you'll see it when you do it.

NP, drill the welds out of the mounts btw and use a cold chisel to finish removing them.
