Default Put a new motor in my 97 LX (stock motor) won't start

Fires and fires, but wont turn over. It is so close, so I dont think it is a spark or fuel problem, played with the ignition timing and nothing. I am confident I hooked back up all the plugs. Could I have did a vacumn line wrong???? Any help would be great!
Thanks for your help guys!

Wouldnt be a vaccuum line, I doubt it.

-Timing
-Fuel
-Spark
-Starter
-Check all plugs

Run a checklist like this and check every possible thing, bound to find it.
