this is a very special car. All the stuff about it still are not posted anywhere, once it is running again I will have to wash off everything and make a very detailed web page for the car to disclose all the **** that went into this little car.

everyone: thanks for the compliments on the car!
b16si: it is "Dupli-color" cast coat iron engine block paint. You can get it at Wal-mart or the like. Follow the link to previous posts about the car, and there is a post that shows detail in the painting of the engine bay.
1slammedhatch: traction is being addressed. The car already has extremely modified suspension system. When I am at the track, slicks will be in full effect. Yes I did the swap myself, I have done a few H22 swaps for customers before. I own a shop in Chicago, this is one of my race cars. The swap is not yet complete, as we have to build the turbo manifold and piping, and wire the engine still.

Re: (1slammedhatch)
1slammedhatch: Due to the potential problems with imported motors, I do not sell them. I require customers to supply there own when I do engine swaps. I dont want to be the one who has the problem when a imported motor comes in all fucked up, know what I mean? Just watching my own ***.

i wouldnt pay much attention to thats. its a flange that I had CNC'd and those bends are only tack welded on from when we were planning out the design for the turbo header. the 2 outside ones are being reangled and then we will finish the header over the next week.

with the turbo that is currently being used with the setup, i will be happy with 550fwhp. I have not decided what exactly I want to do with the car in the future, but for this year I will race it Turbo 4 and Sportsmen FWD.
Later in the year I may do a fiberglass front end, larger slicks, and add to the cage to make it legal for 9s, and go ahead with a larger turbo and maybe a little nitrous.
