PS. Should I remove the whole thing?
Well I finally swapped my Z6 that I built and I left the PS belt off. I love the feel of it and having the fluid in there still is actually what I want. Just wondering if I should even bother with removing the pump.

If you do decide to remove the pump you will have to plug the PS lines somehow. If for whatever reason the fluid leaks and continues to leak and the rack drains to an extent you may start to lose the rack. Most likely the seals first.. But why have the PS pump if you dont use PS and you don't like it?

What did you buy to plug the lines. I would like to get the pump out and leave the resivour (sp?).
