Default PS issue after B16 swap in my EK

After swaping a B16 sir II in my 2000 EK, I cannot get my ps system to bleed. During the swap and mods to my EK, I did not touch any part of the rack and I kept all components of the stock Y7 ps system connected to the pump. I simply tucked everything aside until the engine was installed and then replaced the stock Y7 pump for a usdm b16 newly reman'd in Canada pump. I have done this 3x but no luck. Fluid keeps gurgling in my resevoir as I attempt to go from lock to lock. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Keep going from lock to lock. Sometimes it just takes a long time. Also do you have the front wheels off the ground?

you drained the system completely? Otherwise why are you trying to bleed it?

-Front wheels on the ground.
-strictly oem fluid
Thx for the responses...I am gonna start by draining the system followed by bleeding it w the front end raised.
