Pros and Cons of LW Flywheel
I am ordering a ACT HDSS and for another 200 i can ether get a ACT 8.8lb Flywheel for $210.00 Shipped, or a ACT 12.5lb Flywheel for $200.00 Shipped....is it worth it? i got a 98 GSR in 95 hatch. I heard that you have to feather the throttle between shifts? and is it a bitch to drive in traffic? lol and i also heard its harder to launch at the track, cause you have less inerta...tell me if im talking out of my ***, but thats just what i have heard.

i have a clutchmasters fly and i love it.driving in chicago traffic does get annoying but you'll get use to it.i think if you plan on going turbo you'll want the 12.5lb one.

I run the HDSS and ProLite. Revmatching is now the easiest thing in the world. The low end and midrange responce is incrediable. To me it feels no differn't then my stock set-up daily driving. I guess I'm just use to it. It never really felt bad at all. I have no cons with mine what so ever.

i have the streetlite(12 lb) flywheel mated up to my hdss act clutch.its perfect for daily driving, and it made a noticable differece in how quick my car revs up. if u plan on turbo, i wouldnt get a lightweight flywheel becasuse u will drop out of boost quicker when u shift. if no f/i, then the streetlite is perfect for you.
