H22s rock.

The tranny is a bit long.

With new breakthroughs w/ both innovative and hasport it's no harder than a B series swap. Just got to cut the holes out for the cables, or run a H2B adapter plate w/ a B series tranny. Though H2B kits are expensive . Though they clear up two problems, one, they clear up the problem with the H22 tranny being sucky and too long (as you can throw on any other B series tranny) and two, it allows you to use the b-series mounts which is a + b/c then everything bolts right in. All you have to do is get a custom VC, gut the skeleton on ur hood, or use hood spacers and you're all set.

I mean there's some minor **** like wiring up the resistor box but I think anybody on H-T can do that.

They drop lots of power, lots of torque, and have a nice torque curve on a dyno. I <3 the engine, only reason I stay away from it is b/c the tranny sux and the H2B equip is too expensive IMO. Though I may be going H22 in the near future...who knows...still trying to contemplate between getting a different car or putting $$ into the one I have. Sick and tired of ricers revving at me at every red light b/c I drive a Civic..and then 9 people out of 10 in a room look at me like I'm a retard if the question comes up "what do you drive?" Though enough about my problems. H22's rock

the major con is seeing this topic posted 3x a week.
when there's a post at the top about what swaps are available for your civic
and there's also a hybrid forum with posts dedicated to this swap where you can find all this info.
