You don't really NEED it, but if anything, get the larger brake fluid reservoir.

As for the 92-95 civics with rear-disc-non-abs, I didn't know those existed. I thought the only ones with rear discs for the 92-95 only came with abs. News to me I guess. Cool, I didn't know that.

Close, You don't NEED to change the prop valve at all, but it's a good idea to get the correct pressure to the front and rear brakes. If you stick with your stock one (most likely 30/30) you won't be getting as much pressure to the rear brakes. The reason they say the Teg one, is because it is the same design as the 92-95 prop valve. If you are talking about a 96-00, they would be saying the 99-00 Si, Dx, or Lx (I think).
Also, it's a good idea, no, great idea, to change the MC and BB. Ever since I did my rear disc, I've had a weird feeling brake pedal. It will slowly creep to the floor if I am stopped for an extended period of time, ie. stoplight.

thank you, for the love of me, when I was typing my post, MC and BB were slipping my mind. That's what I meant to say, but I couldn't remember it. All I could think of was larger brake reseviour. lol Thanks dude!

All 92-95 Civic Si came with rear discs. Only some had ABS. The ones with abs had 10.2" front rotors instead of 9.5".

Re: (94eg!)
does anyone know which takes more pressure to operate, drums or disks? just curious about if you do a rear disk conversion, but leave the stock (rear drum) prop valve, how is the brake bias?
