Default ??Proportional Valve question??

Just took the ABS unit out of the EJ1. Need to get non-abs proportional valve. Is there a difference between the Civic with non-abs, Type R, or RS integra proportional valve? Which one to use? Is one bigger/better than the other. Any help would be great.

the main difference is the amount of fluid they allow to the front and rear brakes.

4040 is for larger front brakes, and disk rear. (a 4040 teg, civic, honda are the same AFAIK)
