Default project civic

well after i got rid of my integra I picked this baby up for 400 dollars, car running and all clean title the only thing wrong with it was that it didnt have no interior what so ever, and a bunch of glue, dirt, and ants in the car but whatever. for this project am kind of making it a straight street race car, weekend car, 1/4 mile *****... i already have my maxima, and my van do this is my lil toy. the first thing am doing is cleaning, covering all the holes inside the car from seat belts, seats, etc, lil acrylic, bondo, shaving etc. here are the proces as of now. this project will take a while so i will update lil by lil....

well I was off from work today and I decided to head back into the lab and work on my little beast. as you could see in this pictures I laid a coat of paint on the floor already looks pretty good, but it will get about 3 or 4 more coats. I ended up taking out the reast of the AC boxes that this car had, like I mention I want to make the car as light as it could get. the next step is to remove the black foam that goes by the firewall and spray that area of the car aswell.is funny this car is not even done and i got already 3 offers to buy it LOL i still have to do the doors and the inner part of the frame. the doors is going to be a step because i plan to take them off the car and do what i have to do to them. hopefully by the end of the week the whole interior will be pressure washed, painted whatever is left, and waxed... after that is done single cam should be out and getting ready for the engine bay treatment. well here are some new pictures of the hatch, and some from my dads shop. if anyone has any problems with mazda my dad and uncle fix them and built pretty much street race machines.... funny a honda in a mazda shop lol...

looks to be a fun car in the near future.

however, the honda in a mazda shop is not nearly as bad as the dodge neon in a mazda shop.
