Project "Boosted EM1" has begun!!!
Yep, stepping over to the dark side. Ordering bits and pieces here and there. I ordered my manifold, downpipe, dump tube, Turbo XS boost controller, Walbro pump, BOV and wastegate from Scott (SRT-4) a couple of weeks ago and this showed up today.
Inlinepro cast stainless manifold and Tial 38mm wastegate.
My exedy clutch showed up yesterday too. Ordering the turbo, intercooler, line set, gauges, flywheel and turbo timer tonight. Should be fun once everything gets here.
Didn't know where else to post this so here it is.

Going on the stock (so far) B16 that came in the car. 56K miles on it right now. Mainly highway miles. Might have a rebuild coming with some 9:1 pistons in the near future.

What engine is it going on?</TD></TR></TABLE>
EM1 is the chassis code for a 99-00 Si, so unless its swapped then itll be a b16
sounds like itll be a fun project... good luck

Re: (swatdog)
hate to tell you but yout hoos will not close without either cracking the carbon fiber or leaving a nice sized hump if its a metal hood with the fittign on the top for the EBC.
looks liek you have a tial 38mm wastefate which is a little taller than the 35mm and i cracked my hood with a 35mm. i upgraded ti a 38mm and i changed manifolds and relocated my wastegate.
heres a tip to help you. get a 45 degree elbo for the wastegate so that it relocates the wastegate so u can close your hood without causing any damage.
to the guy asking about the price... it is a inline pro manifold and they run about 450-500 dollars.

Oh yeah, the guy I bought this thing from forgot to send out the 90* elbow that he had on his setup. The manifold is barely used. I paid $400 for it with the elbow that's going to show up with the BOV, downpipe and dump tube.
I thought since it's an EM1 project and this is the EM1 section I figured I'd put it up in here. Sorry mods, mind moving this thing to the right place for me? Thanks.
