Default Progress CSII Coilovers Spring Rate Question

Hi, I've been mixed opinions while doing research on Progress CSII. I have 99 civic si coupe that i use as my daily driver. I drive a total of about 30-60 miles a day. Sometimes I'll have a 3 year old in a car seat in the back. I am mainly interested in comfort. The car will probably never see the track. Also if it helps, I live in Houston where some roads are good and some are horrible.

What would be your best spring rate recommendation for 1.75 to 2 inch drop?
