Progress Coilovers?

Anyone have these on their EKs? How do you like them? Stiff? Good for track? The take apart series.

I figure they should be nice considering they use them on the fastest landspeed Civic.

I've heard they're good/quality.. but I never have them on my car!!! so cant tell you much then that!
