Problems with Idle/AC/Misfire codes
 

Hey there, I need some input with my cars problem. Ive got an ITR swap that I just finished putting the AC back together (it's Texas and it's summer) on my 99 hatch.

When at idle, it sits at 1k and runs a bit rough. It'll fall to 500 RPM when the AC clutch kicks in and get really rough. 1/3 of the time it'll kick up to 1k to compensate but not always. Also I do get codes after I start it for the first time in the day. Codes are for misfires in #1 and #2. I've reset the ECU and it could be an entire day before it'll turn on the CEL.... but always does when its at idle. It has a new cap, rotor, plugs and wires.

Any ideas?
