problems with idle

problems with idle
the car idles really really low and wen i try to keep it idling at anything above 1500 the idle wit keep bouncing,....could this be my IAC,...anyone with info,...please help me out,...thanks,...oh and im new to this site,..so just sayin hi to everyone

I have had the same problem for months. I did try adjusting the idle screw and it never worked..well, it would work when I first started the car and then fell back down to 500rpm. I would say it has to be one of the sensors, but I am not sure on that. I think I might have bumped one when installing my CAI.

im running a 98 B18b LS motor with a Short ram intake,...it was originally OBD11 but i got the skunk2 jumper so its converted to OBD1,...i tried putting back the old ecu with no jumper,...it stopped idling funny for about 5 mins then did the same thing,...i tried the screw,...i screwed it in all the way and it still does that,...i need some help,...thanks
