Default Problems with GSR swap...

I'm having a few problems that I'm hoping can be answered here. I have a 98 Civic Dx. I bought a wrecked 1997 Integra GSR and pulled the motor out of it to put into my civic. I finally got it in and and after doing a ton of research I got all the wiring done. I had some help from a friend who is pretty good at this stuff and has done a few swaps himself. Its my 2nd.
The problem I am having is, the car will idle fine. It seems to be idling a little bit low but I can't actually tell becuase I still have my stock cluster with no tach. (si cluster is on its way) When I give it gas past about 1/4 throttle or maybe even a little bit less it cuts out. It almost seems like it cuts ignition but I'm not sure. I'm not getting any CEL's. I had one before but it was the secondary o2 sensor. It wasn't connected but I've since fixed that and "reset" my ecu.
Any idea's would be greatly appreciated.

i'd pull the plugs and see what they look like, it may have been time for a tune-up on the GSR but bad luck intervened first. i would start with that since it sounds like it could very well be your problem, and would be an easy and relative inexpensive fix. if the plugs are shot make sure you do a full tune-up and not just plugs, this includes plugs/wires/cap/rotor and if you haven't done one recently on your car, may as well replace the fuel filter. if the plugs look ok we will go from there.

Sounds good.. I put a new fuel filter on the car when I put the engine in. Luckily my family owns a few auto parts stores and I usually keep parts on hand for these cars. I did think of the plugs too and actually grabbed a set off the shelf. Maybe I'll get some NGK blue's to go with it.

Btw, anyone who is looking for NGK Blues, we own a four NAPA auto parts stores and about 8 months ago NAPA started carrying the NGK blue plug wires. So, if anyone is looking for some in their local area check out what your NAPA store has.

Problem solved! It ended up being a wiring problem. The TPS sensor and the MAP sensor both have the same plugs and are pretty close to each other. I had the plugs switched. I actually had to extend one of them but that was no big deal. Now I finally was able to drive my car and its awesome!
