Default problems??

1)uhmmm i have a auto meter oil pressure gauge.. when my car is idling the gauge drops down to lower than 10psi... around 800rpm isn't this suppost to be a bad thing.... So i check my oil and its full... why is my oil pressure so low....

2)i put in a pwr radiator, a fal fan, and a new thermostat. it worked for a while...wasn't over heating anymore..... but now..... when i drive hard or drive for a long time, radiator fluide or really hot steaming air comes out of my my rubber tube in the over fill tank.... its bubbles and comes out all over the place.... does anyone know why it does this...... it doesn't say that i'm over heating also..... i keep losing radiator fluide... i have to keep putting more in every week or so...... is it my head gasket or is it my thermostat stuck.

i had the same problem for awhile in my gsr. i wouldn't worry too much about oil pressure at idle, since your pump is spinning so slow, but about the boiling thing- have your cooling system vacuumed and re-filled (to get all air pockets out) if this doesn't help, you have something in the way of a cracked cylinder wall or a blown/leaking headgasket. pop off the radiator cap and start the car. if coolant blows out, you know you have a problem (compression on the water jacket). I'd put my money on a blown headgasket, though. I'd get the head/block decked, and put in a new headgasket. pretty cheap fix if you bring them to a machine shop. good luck, mang
