Default problem when car is cold.

when i turn on the car when is cold...its starts but it starts accelerated and then it kind of dies and starts back up by its self...some ppl say its the sensors any help would be good thanks.

if you have a rpm tach do you mean it goes to like 1500 then when it warms up it drops to lik 900 or 1000 then that is normal but if it fluctuates within that rpm range then it could your idle air control valve it is on the back of the throttle body next to the firewall if you unplug it and it stops it is it.

dont just unplug it, you have to open it up and screw the wav/plastic thing back in place

really simple, should take a whole 10-20 mins

your thinking of the fitv that has a plastic piece that turns out and can also effect idle.

Take out the IACV and spray brake cleaner inside the holes until all the dirty fluid comes out. Then, reconnect it.

Before cleaning my IACV my idle used to be 250 rpms on a regular basis now its 750-800.....
