Default Problem w/ JDM power folding mirrors on EK

Ok I need help....i searched and searched and nothing like this ive found. I installed and wired my power folding mirrors on my 97 DX and they work.. except that when i press the button for them to fold in, one of them folds and the other doesnt....so i press the button again and then the one that was folded in folds out, while the other folds in. So they are basically folding simultaneously. I tried disconnecting the switch, relay, power source. but cant seem to figure it out. Ive included the diagram i used. Im not sure but im starting to believe there is a wire that sends the signal to fold in and another to send the signal to fold out, if tru i just need to know which one it is

Swap the wires at ONE mirror connection for the folding signal (there are two wires for this for each mirror) ... don't ask me which ones these are from memory because that wiring diagram sure doesn't help. I've posted this elsewhere on the board.
