problem with swap HELP!!

I have a 2000 Ls motor that is going into a 2000 hatch. I have been hearing about a imobilizer with the ecu. How do i overcome this problem has anyone done it, or been faced with this problem any feedback is great. Thanks in advance!
P.S. Finishing swap tomorrow afternoon kinda need some info need to get car back on road thanks
