Problem Starting - need some advice please....
OK - here it is...my first swap..
I was happy just that it turned over when I installed the D15B - now I gotta get it running...
1. it is getting fuel and I know that because I could smell gas, and I had to change the O-rings on the leaking injectors - fixed now and no longer leaking
2. it is getting spark because I took out a plug and had my fiance turn it over - there was definitely spark from the Denso Iridiums but not sure how big spark should be - also used factory gap settings of the plugs...
could it be just that the timing is off? - or am I overlooking something?
all the plug wires are in the correct places too...
also the JDM engine does not use an EVAP valve and there is a hose from the canister that is not connected to anything...
thanks for your help!!

yeah i would check timing also after cranking over your engine to see if theres fuel and spark you may have just soaked the cylinders with too much fuel. I had the same kinda trouble after i installed my turbo but after a little while it fired right up

I checked the cylinders and the plugs and they were not at all soaked from gas...so maybe it is just the timing that is off?
