Is it common for a civics trannsmissions bearings to wear out after like 100,000 miles or sumthing cuz this ****** **** sux! loud *** noise comin from the transmission, starting to **** me off!! i only have 101,000 miles on mine engine, but ... the tranny might be old or sumthing, What causes Bearings to wear out, too much abuse?

I believe this is very common for D-Series trannys. My bro's Input Shaft Beaing is also sounding a lot. Been like that for a while now. Maybe almost a year. It definetly happens around 100K miles, depends how you drive it i guess
