problem with my d15b2 swap in a 94 ex coupe
ok to start off ive been asking for help on multiple forums. and still havent found my problem.
ok so here goes..
1994 civic ex body
1991 crx motor (d15b2)
1992 civic non-vtec harness (d15b7)
1992 civic d15b7 intake manifold and exhaust manifold
all vacuums hooked up according to the helms manual
new map sensor
new injectors
new ecu
new main relay
new fuel pump
all new fuses
new 02 sensor
new plugs
new wires
new t-stat
new ign coil
new dizzy rotor
new dizzy cap
new dizzy
just re-did the timing
new master cylinder(clutch)
new slave cylinder(clutch)
new clutch+PP
all new gaskets and seals on motor
and this bitch still does not start..
nothing was done half *** everything done according to spec.
i opened up the harness and checked for any breaks in the 12v line and the signal lines for the injectors.
all grounds are hooked up.
i've got spark going to the cylinders
i've got fuel going to the fuel filter and to the fuel rail.
here's a video of the car running with starter fluid.
SRS flashes a code 92 EVAP Solenoid/Valve/Vacuum Lines
CEL flashes a code 41 Primary oxygen sensor heater

You don't have a Non-VTECH Harness..you have a Non-VTEC harness.
Maybe i'm just stupid but if you didn't want a VTEC engine so you grabbed a Non-VTEC engine..why did you not just get a D15B7. It would have been OBD1 already and alot easier.
Instead you went Non-OBD to OBD1..seems just like more of a hassle to me.

i didn't want to rebuild the b7 i had because the head had bent valves and the bottom end had a twisted rod.
i bought the coupe as a shell with a bad motor. so instead of spending $500 on a b7 motor i got a b2 for $100 that had low miles and in running condition.
the only thing that is different with the b2 is the t-stat housing/waterpipe and the fan switch.
that is the only difference!
and i swapped out the water pipe and t-stat with no problem took me 5 mins to do.

so i tried the single man trick to check the injectors..
jack'd up the car took off the wheel. pulled my fuel rail off and sat it upside down with the injectors sticking up.
when turning the motor by hand and hitting the intake compression the injectors i had in it barely spit they had to be clogged.
another thing i noticed was the FPR didn't leak out any gas when i was taking the gsr injectors off so i swapped it with a working one.
well the old injectors (originally with the motor (obd0) were put in place of the gsr injectors i had. and after 2 turn over attempts still had nothing but a fuel rail filled with fuel.
i'm going to swap over the fuel rail tomorrow even though i dont think that is the problem.
what would stop my injectors from spitting fully? or what would stop my fuel from recycling thru the fpr to the tank.
