Default Problem with idle and throttle! Need Help!

My car is a 99 ex with obd1 b18c1 swap. My problem is after driving in gear with the rpms up, when i press the clutch in the tach drops down to 500 rpms or sometimes even stalls before coming back up to normal idle around 800-900 rpms. Also when beginning to accelerate the car sputters just once until i let off the gas and accelerate again like it misses once every time i give it gas. Does anyone know what either of these could be???
