Default Problem with idle-help/opinions?

Last weekend I did a radiator flush and refill and FITV/IACV bypass. I started my car up and let it idle, it ran fine for a couple minutes, then the idle started to rise and fall quickly beteween 1500-2000 rpms and it has been doing it all week. I searched the board for help but nothing really seemed to apply. I tried to bleed the cooant by opening the radiator cap and turning the climate control on hot and idled the car for about 20 minutes, letting the fan come on multiple times but that didnt work. I cleaned out the IACV mesh and hooked the IACV and FITV back up like it was before and nothing changed. According to the manual there is a coolant bleed valve/screw, but where it is supposed to be there is no nut or anything so I am scratching my head...any ideas or suggestions would really help. I dont know if the radiator flush or the coolant bypass caused this because I did them at the same time.
