Default Problem?

Hey guys. I just traded my car for a 92 Hatch, Sunday, with a D16Y7 turbo setup. We drove it two hours home, I drove it for a few minutes when I got home, and I drove it to work and back yesterday, which my work is about a mile from my house. So I get into the car today, start it up, it won't go into gear. So I turned it off, and notice when the car is off, it goes into gear just fine. I also noticed the clutch pedal was sticking, I'd press it in, and it'd stick and I'd just use my foot to bring it back, or sometimes it would come back. The car is extremely low, and it has a oil pan leak, and he said a leak with the Speed Sensor. Now, the car wouldn't start without the clutch in, but when I pushed the clutch in it started. I was told the speed sensor leaks tranny fluid, maybe this could be the problem? I found a similar thread, but I wanted to see what you guys thought. Thanks alot!

fix the leak. but it sounds like a bad slave sylinder or master cylinder.

Also the car should not start with out the clutch pushed in it has a safty switch. (so you cant start the car in gear)

I mentioned that because I figured if it was a clutch problem, it wouldn't start at all? Like it couldn't engage and such.

For future reference when you push the clutch in it is actually disengaged and then when you release it is engaged.
