Prelude Discs on EG?
So am i right is thinking early Prelude discs are 4x100 so would fit the Civic hubs?

look at the part numbers or go to a junk yard and find a prelude and a 88-00 civic and swap out calipers and see if it works... won't cost you a dime that way!

yup, prelude conversion is pretty common,
you need
prelude vtec calipers
prelude 282mm disc redrilled to 4x100
then you either need 2mm spacer behind the rotor to center caliper or mill 2mm of mounting points of the caliper. Both work well.
