prefer LS or B16a2 in EK hatch?

prefer LS or B16a2 in EK hatch?
which one would be better in the long run and have better quarter mile times with intake/header/exhaust? i am deciding on which one to buy: Ls or Si motor for a 2000 ek hatch. i know LS has the torque power, but i want V-tec. ..

thats a redundant question. If you want VTEC then go with the VTEC motor, unless you want to spend more money and make a LS/VTEC which is kinda best of both worlds.

GO VTEC i have a b16a in my 94 cx and i run a low low 14 on street tires on the street iknow cause i did the gtec on it

i agree with spoon one
i posted a couple topics about this
turbo the ls if you get
or better yet get the b18c1 and turbo it
oh yeah the b18b will hang with the b16a for a bit and the b16 will pull ahead
