Default power windows question

I bought some EG doors today... 2 for 20 bux fromt his guy. Anyway I just wanted them to replace the doors on a shell i'm getting because theyre kind of messed up.. I picked these doors up and the guy said something about trying to put power windows on but he didn't want to.... He left the switches on there and there were some cut wires but the silver arm type things were still there. I dont know what theyre called but theyre the siilver things in this picture http://i7.ebayimg.com/02/i/02/05/69/4e_1.JPG

So i was wondering woudl it be hard to get a wiring harness and relay for me to set power windows up on my EG, since I already have atleast soem pieces??

How much does that silver arm thing w/ the wires usually cost?

The silver things you're describing are the window regulators. That kit in that pic is the JDM power window conversion. I just did mine last week. We didn't use the harness at all, we just used a relay directly hooked up to the switches.
Remember, that kit is for a RHD car. You'll have to extend all the wires to reach your underdash mounting points and fuse box. Also, the regulators bolt up to different holes in the door panels.
Also, you'll have to rewire your USDM switches that you got with your doors because the switches that come with the JDM kit won't fit in your doors.

Here are some pics of my install.
