power windows
This is so f'n weak. Yesterday I was excited ti drive home from work with my windows down and enjoy the nice weather and guess what, My f'n windows will not roll down. My drivers side would go down about an inch if I held the switch down(they are power windows), and if I kept holding it down it would eventually go down an inch at a time (wierd, I know). All 4 windows do the same thing. GREAT, just in time for spring. Some one please help me. Now My drivers side is stuck with about an inch gap, and none of them will roll down from the four switches on the drivers side door or the individual switches on each door(I can hear the motors running inside the doors when I press the switches down). Any help would be greatly appreaciated

Re: power windows (biggestboy)
since it not only affects one window and switch but all of them, I'd assume you either have a problem with the relay or fuse. try the cheapest method first and swap out the fuse with a new one, if it isn't that then replace the relay. If it all of a sudden screwed all the windows up then I doubt the windows/switches were to blame

Re: power windows (Canuk_SiR)
Canuk_Sir, each window has an individual fuse and I checked them all, should there be some type of master fuse for all of the windows? I there a main relay that controls power for all of the widows and if so where is it, if not , where are the individual relays? Thanks

Re: power windows (biggestboy)
check your fuse panel under the hood, there may be something there. If not then you're probably best taking it in to have someone look at it. It sounds like it should be a simple fix though..
