If I take a the door panels and all the wiring and such for power windows/locks from a 95 civic ex, will it fit and work on my 93 civic coupe?...i noticed that the door panel layout is different than mines.

if both are 2 door coupes then yes. You'll want to get the floor harness out if the donor car as well.
Edit. nevermind, just realized you're in toronto. All out EXs are 4 door sedans. Switch and stuff wont fit. Try to find an Si coupe with power options.

You want to do a power window, door lock and side mirrors the right way! You will need the complete under dash harness, door harnesses and floor harness, along with the window regulators. Some people skip out on the under dash harness and just hack it up

Yes the under dash harness is different from the floor harness. Well to remove the under dash harness you will need to take off the dash.
