power window conversion.
i was reading in hci magazine this month that someone with a 5 gen hatch made the power windows from a 5 gen ex work. has anyone here ever done this before? what parts are needed? i REALLY want power windows! i can stand leaning over and rolling down my passenger side window all the time. if this has already been covered please link me to the tread because i tried a search and came up with nothing. thanks

Re: power window conversion. (hondaeg5)
go to a junk yard and buy all nessesary parts, if your lazy, you can go buy the whole door and swap it over.

Put power windows in my EK. It is not as big of a pain in the *** as everyone claims it to be.
If you are patient and are not afraid of wiring, this is not that difficult. You just have to pay attention to the details when wiring the floor harness up.
I got my parts from ImportAutoSalvage.
I already had the door panels, but you will also need:
2 Door harnesses
2 switches
2 motors and regulators
1 floor harness
AND a relay that plugs into the main fuse box
