hey guys, i just traded in my LT1 firebird for an eg sedan, and there is a few things it needs, i was wondering if a power door lock latch will work in place of a manual one. i can find power ones everwhere but no manual : (. any help is appreciated. thanks.

well what i would do if u are in a junk yard grab a power latch and try it in a manual in the yard it will take u like what 10 minutes tops to try it on other vechile than waite this forum is slow lol

I don't know about egs, but in eks there is no difference

theres not gonna be a diffrence they wouldent make a diffrent door for power and manual

They are the same. The only difference is that the power one has an actuator bolted to it. All you do is unbolt the actuator and remove it.

The manual ones also have the bolt holes for the actuator (just mentioning to prove they're the same).
